I am not a long time dancer and I had never tried Pilates before but it did say beginners and with my Fibromyalgia I can only do some of the work outs. For someone will no health problems or just different health problems this might work a little better then it has for me so far.
Don't get me wrong I am not giving up, just going to take it a little slower until I get used to this sort of workout. I am more of a yoga workout person with walking and swimming added.
