House-Autry Mills

Being able to try new products and tell my readers, friends, and family about them is one reason I do reviews.

Every once in a while I am able to try a new food product and this time House-Autry Mills sent me Chicken Breader which is like an item that is put in bag with your raw chicken then shaken until completely coated and then either fried or baked depending on taste.

We tried this by baking it with our chicken and some pieces looked like they had been fried. I think the next time we have this we will try it fried instead of baked to see how much of a difference there is in the breading.

You can find a store near you to purchase this product or their many other items like grits, sauces, etc. here.

What House Autry-Mills has to say about their product.

House-Autry Mills is a line of traditionally-seasoned breaders and coatings for chicken, seafood, pork, and other things (like vegetables).
There's also hushpuppies, and biscuit and cornbread mixes, Sauces, and our Southern Baked product line. All of our coatings are specially milled and mixed to cook up light, crispy, and tasty. That's one reason several of our products, such as our hushpuppy mix, are the best-selling brands in the entire country.
Today, we’re available in thousands of grocery stores in 37 states. Our products are also being served through food service distributors, restaurants and restaurant chains throughout the country.
