Personally I don't like Matcha brewed hot, but I can tolerate it in a smoothie or even in baked goods like cookies. If you do a search on the internet you can bring up lots of ways to include this in your diet. The reason I wanted to try this was to boost my immune system, so far I haven't been sick but the real test will be this winter.
